Indian Orders

We offer free standard shipping within India with Express Post delivery offered at an additional charge. Once your order is placed, it can take up to 24-48 hours to be processed. Once processed, it will be shipped the following business day. Delivery can take between 1 - 5 business days depending on your location. Please note that no orders will be processed on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday.

Our orders require signature upon delivery. If no-one is at attendance at your address at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local courier office for collection. Partner courier deliveries occur between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.


Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via email with your tracking number and information on how to track your order. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking information to become available.

Return Policy
Returned items must confirm to our returns policy:
  • Our return policy lets you to raise a return request for a product till 15 days from receiving your order.
  • We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
  • Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.
  • Items must be returned unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags and in the original boxes, if provided.
  • If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.
  • We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
  • Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.

  • We do not cover the return expenses you incur.
  • We request you to understand that since the pieces are handcrafted by craftsmen who use handwoven and handprinted fabrics, slight variations in prints, weave and sewing is inevitable. These should not be considered as damages.

    How to order:

    From the product page, select the desired colour and size

    Add the product to your shopping bag

    Once you have finished shopping, click on shopping bag

    Select a shipping method and a payment method

    Check that all information entered is correct, and click Place order

  • 2. Can I cancel my order?
  • You can cancel your order for any reason; up to the moment it is processed by our store team or trusted partner boutique. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel but you may return your order. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our Refunds & Returns page

  • 4. My order is not being accepted. Why?
  • Please be sure that the address you are entering in the “billing” field is the address registered with your bank and the address where you receive your bank statement. If your order is still not accepted, please contact your bank and then contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

  • You have 15 days from receiving your order to return the item.

    To initiate a return for a product:

    Sign into and go to My Account.

    Under 'Orders' click on the 'return/exchange' link next to the order you want to return.
